In order to save cars in Cyberpunk 2077, you need to purchase the car first. These cars will be available for purchase when a Fixer texts you. There are no fixed moments in the game when you will be contacted with offers. Just keep building street cred and the frequency with which fixers will text you will increase. Certain side missions will also give you a car upon completion.
The cars that you own will be automatically saved in V’s garage in the apartment complex. You will be able to summon them by swiping the D-pad towards the right or pressing V and choosing the vehicle you want from the call list.
