To obtain the charm, you will have to use the Token Machine at the Shooting Range. To use the Token Machine, you will need to earn reward tokens by completing Shooting Range challenges.
Follow these steps to get the 20% discount on the Infinite Rocket Launcher:
- Complete the Shooting Range challenges and receive the reward tokens.
- You will receive a Silver Reward Token every time you score 1,000 points. You will receive a Gold Reward Token if you manage to shoot all the skulls in a given shooting range challenge.
- Save the game. This is necessary because the Token Machine gives random charms, and you may not receive the LEON w/ Rocket Launcher Rare charm on your first try. In that case, reload the save and try again.
- Use the reward token on a nearby Token Machine and check which charm you receive. Keep inserting reward tokens until you receive the LEON w/ Rocket Launcher Rare charm.
